Te Awa Villa, Queenstown - with Parking

Positive: Had a great stay at Te Awa Villa. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Within walking distance to shopping centre & supermarket. Plenty of eateries around as well. Negative: Nothing.

Relax and calm Positive: The room is very modern and clean. The hotel is very close to the shops and restaurants, very convenient. Holly is very supportive and friendly. We really enjoyed spending our holiday time at Te Awa, we will definitely come back again.

Negative: Need to be careful to not run over the parking bollard. Maybe it can be just removed rather than lowered.

Positive: Gorgeous new townhouse, had everything you needed Negative: Only downside was the allocated parking being a parallel park, but I knew this before booking the property and it was still a decent size park

Lovely clean, new townhouse, walking distance from the shops & supermarket & has a parking space Positive: The townhouse was very new, extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was walking distance to the shops. There was a small container of milk in the fridge waiting for us and a good stock of tea and coffee, oil, paper towel, salt & pepper & herbs in the kitchen. Negative: We loved everything but we have some minor suggestions for improvement: There wasn't much space in the bathroom to put things. It would have been good to have a shelf to put our toiletries on and a hook (maybe on the back of the door) to hang our clean clothes on. We had to reach out to Holly to find out where to put our recyclables so maybe a book on the coffee table outlining where the bins are, what local restaurants you recommend and any brochures of activities in the area, would be helpful. Also there was a key on the bench and we never worked out what the key was for. LOL
