Te Awa River Retreat w Private Parking

Positive: Nice new property with everything there that we needed in a good location. We liked the cooking facilities and bbq. Host was very kind to accept an early check in request on short notice. Close walk to bus stop. Negative: We felt the bedroom was a little small to move around in. A small annoyance was the street not being on Uber driver maps so they wouldn't come down to the street to pick us up. It usually wouldn't be a problem for us was just a bit harder travelling with someone that was older.

Positive: Had a great stay at Te Awa Villa. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Within walking distance to shopping centre & supermarket. Plenty of eateries around as well. Negative: Nothing.

Relax and calm Positive: The room is very modern and clean. The hotel is very close to the shops and restaurants, very convenient. Holly is very supportive and friendly. We really enjoyed spending our holiday time at Te Awa, we will definitely come back again.

Negative: Need to be careful to not run over the parking bollard. Maybe it can be just removed rather than lowered.

Positive: Gorgeous new townhouse, had everything you needed Negative: Only downside was the allocated parking being a parallel park, but I knew this before booking the property and it was still a decent size park
