Rāua Villa, Queenstown - with Parking

Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and location for the price. Positive: The location is fantastic, easy walking distance to the Five Mile complex with large supermarket, great quality cafes and restaurants. Easy 10 min drive into the heart of Queenstown which also allows you to dodge the traffic if heading out to arrowtown and the wineries. Negative: The property is clean, modern, and easily accessible. However it is very small. The bathroom is only big enough for 1 person to use at a time with no bench or storage space. Just something to be mindful of if travelling with friends or family. Workable for a couple but for more than two people the cramped space could be uncomfortable.

We lived with kids, all the facilities were awesome, full kitchen, washing machine, dryer and all other stuff. Its like home away from home. Negative: Information about the car parking key was missing, but staff helped us over the phone, good communication.

Positive: Lovely and new, thoughtfully and fully equipped with everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again 😊 Negative: The bathroom is very small and the fan was so loud it sounded broken. But the very nice smelling body wash and hand soap etc...and a great water pressure balanced it out.

Positive: This unit had everything we needed, and was super close to supermarkets and restaurants. It was a really warm place, I would think it would be nice and toasty in the winter time. Our hosts were very helpful and check in instructions were easy. Negative: The bedrooms were very warm at night, which wouldn't be an issue in winter time, but in summer time maybe! There was a fan provided however.
