A cosy and warm villa. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Super convenient spot! Positive: Very aesthetic interior and well-kitted out kitchen. Easy to locate keys for the bollard for our reserved parking space. Well-insulated during the colder months, too. A very descriptive process from check in to check out. Negative: On the surface, the villa was overall tidy. However, the deep clean needs more work e.g., handle bars in the kitchen were quite grimy and the floors have not been mopped. Some utensils/cookware also needed another dishwasher cycle. The surrounding properties and environment also require a bit of maintenance/landscaping.

Great location for amenities in Frankton Positive: Great location for our football festival held at the events centre. Negative: Wifi was very poor. Kept dropping out.
