Kaha Villa, Queenstown - with parking

Great location for family getaway. Positive: Location, interior decoration. Negative: The heating function of the air conditioner on the ground floor is not very effective. We have to bring down the heater from first floor to warm the dining room.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Queenstown and the region. Positive: Modern, well appointed, clean, free parking included, good location for Queenstown (centre is about 7 km away), Arrowtown (15 minute drive), Cromwell etc. The staff were very friendly and communications were very prompt. The best house or apartment we have stayed in for the month we’ve been in New Zealand! I’d thoroughly recommend it! Negative: Nothing.

Easy, convenient location, well-stocked, modern property. Positive: Location is super convenient (literally a few hundred metres walk to Pak N Save), the property had everything we needed and then some (very well set-up kitchen), enough space for our family of 4, washer and dryer meant not bringing screeds of washing home with us, all the staff members we spoke to were super friendly and went out of their way to help us really fast with a couple of minor issues. Negative: The stairs to the second storey were a bit dicey for our toddler (who is usually safe around stairs) as they are a little steeper than she’s used to and curve around a corner, but this was totally our fault for booking a two storey place, and we couldn’t figure out how to lock the door from the inside (digital door lock with code on outside) so she could let herself outside easily. We didn’t read the digital guidebook until later and saw we were meant to remove our own rubbish to bins provided in the carpark, which is something we haven’t experienced before. A sticker on the bin might be helpful for others so this isn’t missed.
