Stunning Rees River Villa with Private Parking

Wonderful Positive: The managing team is so professional!It is highly appreciated.I arranged my guests living in No.105 and I did not scan the QR code for parking meanwhile I lived in other hotel,I got to here to pick up and drop off ,but I got the breach notice for not registering the plate number of the car.I called the team and they checked my booking and appeal to the parking company.Finally all the breach were cancelled and the paid fine were refunded.It is such a great work they have done.

Won’t be staying here again or recommending. Positive: Loved the location. Negative: When we arrived, the PIN code provided to access our accommodation didn’t work. I messaged, emailed and called multiple times, but received no response for quite some time. In the meantime, my husband and two young children were left waiting outside in the freezing cold. We eventually called another number that wasn’t even the accommodation’s main contact number, and thankfully they were able to provide us with a different PIN that worked. What was most disappointing was the lack of personal response or acknowledgement afterwards. The communication felt very automated, and there was no real attempt to make up for the inconvenience. Even a simple gesture such as a late checkout would have gone a long way, but instead, everything appeared to come at an additional cost. The accommodation itself may be fine, but the customer service and lack of care really let the experience down.

Fantastic. Positive: Great location. Easy to get around. Being so close to the Airport we barely heard any planes. Basics of laundry, kitchen products and quality soaps in the shower were a beautiful touch. Extremely warm with heating and extra blankets. Negative: Nothing
