Kakariki Villa, Queenstown

One of the best apartments we stayed so far. Highly recommended. Positive: Everything is new and tidy. It’s very convenient to nearby amenities. Negative: 1. Lack of parking space. 2. No face tissue provided 3. Edges of the bed frame is very sharp.

Lovely modern accommodation, great location. Positive: Lovely modern, cosy, accommodation close to the airport, fantastic cafes/restaurants and shopping. Good proximity to queenstown (we went during the off peak season and was about a 5-10min drive). Great communication from the host. They have a very informative app with all the information you need for your stay which was really handy. Negative: Was a fantastic stay. Only thing i would say is there are parks outside the unit however it does not come with the accommodation. Off street parking is available about a min or 2 walk from the unit. We were there during off peak season and managed to get a carpark alright every night, however I imagine the parks would be scarce during peak season.

Would stay again Positive: Lovely new apartment. Beds were super comfy. Great location amongst all the shops. Easy to check-in Negative: No carpark outside the apartment is pretty annoying with kids. There's no privacy upstairs unless you keep the blinds closed. Front door window could do with a blind, so you don't feel like you're being watched while in the lounge at night. And the back yard part is awkward opening out to everyone's yard and permanent residents..
