Positive: Very modern and comfortable house. Parking right opposite the house. Located near Queenstown airport but not much air traffic noise. Stunning surroundings to wake up in. Walking distance from New World and some restaurants at Remarkables Park.
Negative: There is some construction work ongoing at the moment so can hear this during the day but no issues overnight.

Positive: Fantastic ! Everything was perfect. 10/10
Bed was super comfortable. Even the bathroom hand wash,shampoo and conditioner was top quality.
Loved it!
Negative: The only thing I can think of is it would have been great to have a toilet downstairs.
